Looking to buy LX 700h Overtrail - Best time to buy

I probably want a 2027 and wondering if negotiating and buying it in December 2026 will get me a better price, even if I have to wait a few months for it to arrive. Any strategies and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Lastly, I thought I could get this with just 2 rows but seeing the official Lexus build function online shows power fold-flat 50/50-split third-row seats as standard. Did they change this for 2026? I thought I remember being able to purchase the Overtrail with just 2 rows. I don't want a third row!
