Aftermarket Sound System?

I know there are mixed opinions on the ML sound system that comes in the LX700H. I’ve been pretty disappointed after 6 months of ownership.

Has anyone upgraded to an aftermarket system? Just curious if there are any plug and play options for speakers and if anyone has done an underseat sub installation?

Also does anyone know if the rear doors are wired for speakers (I know that they just have dummy speakers in there from the factory).
