I’m looking to see whether other 2025 Lexus LX 700h Overtrail owners have experienced serious alignment problems after using the adjustable suspension in the raised position. My vehicle has approximately 18,500 miles on it and the tires are shot. Pep Boys found the alignment significantly out of specification, and the Lexus dealer in Naples, Florida, also confirmed that it was grossly out of alignment. The dealer attributed the problem to driving with the suspension raised. The plan is to put the leveling system in normal mode, align all four wheels, replace the tires, and then evaluate the results. Few questions for other owners: 1. Have you experienced significant alignment problems with your LX 700h Overtrail? 2. Has your dealer told you that using the raised suspension caused alignment issues? 3. Have you found any Lexus technical guidance or service bulletins addressing this issue? 4. After an alignment, did your alignment remain correct when raising and lowering the suspension? I’m not suggesting that there’s a defect, just trying to hear from other owners and see whether there is a pattern. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
