QUESTIONS ANSWERED FROM ONES I SUBMITTED:

My list:
*Front Bumper...NO winch

These bumpers are currently in production and going to coat this week. Then back for inspection, kitting etc. So probably 4 weeks out from shipping.

*Rear bumper...not sure if you will offer it as one swingout for spare. Or, two swingouts for spare and accessories/jugs. ???

The bumper as shown was a first article on the truck. We are doing some refinement and more testing after the show. We have a lot of new items on the bumper that need more testing before release. No current estimated ETA. The intent is to sell the bumper with optional carriers. Tire on either side and options for other items on the 2nd carrier should you want it.

*I do not want anything extra inside like fridge or drawers. Basically JUST basic bumpers.
*For just the basic bumpers will I need a shock or spring change to accommodate the new weight?

I just had the rear installed and drove up to the show. You can feel it on the truck but first impression is that on SPORT mode the suspension seems to be ok with it. Again more resting needed.
***NOTE: Their current setup has A LOT of extra weight on it. Inside they have drawers and a huge ARB fridge on a long slideout. Eliminate that and the ride will be more factory-ish.

*If no shock spring changes are needed is the ride now a bit softer or mushier or does AHC do the trick?

Shock changing is not an option with AHC. Might be looking into springs but that gets really tricky once you unbalance the spring / shock combination.

*How do you protect the rear gate if one accidentally pushes the open button inside?

That is an issue, and we have not seen any way to disable it.

*Rear-view camera for rear-view mirror? Does it get relocated onto the bumper or somewhere else ?

Didn't get an answer on this.

*Now, with the knowledge of past engine failures on the TTV6...IF mine should fail, is there any reason my dealer would demand extra labor fees in order to change that motor? Or is the new bumper non-intrusive that way?

That should not be a factor, unless they take the whole front bumper off if they change the motor, which I doubt they do.

*Approximate time frame to be able to ship both bumpers.

As mentioned front is about 4 weeks, rear is later this year.

*What is your confidence of having another pro-quality shop install these? I would probably use Jeff Westcott at Westcott Designs in Phoenix.

We have instructions for the front developed. As always we are probably the better ones to do it.
