I was waiting for the red light in my Lexus LX700h with the brake on. There was a car in front of me and I didn't have the automatic start-stop or automatic parking engaged. When the green light came on, the car in front had already moved about ten meters. I stepped on the accelerator but found that the car wouldn't move. I released the accelerator and stepped on it harder. After a few seconds, the car started moving, and it shot forward all of a sudden. What's the reason for this? It has happened three times already.

This switch system on the 700h is rider mode dependent. It is on in Econ & Comfort/Off in Regular, S & S+

A second feature that may explain what happened to the OP is the Lexus Smart Stop Technology Feature:

Best,

Doc

Really? I've been in sport S+ and had the engine sitting at 0 rpm...

Sorry Doc. Not the case. There is no way to override the engine dropping out while driving. We do not have a On/Off Mode like non-hybrids. S and S+...engine is off at a red light and going downhill, etc.
