Thanks for the note. I hooked up a pretty light boat and trailer. I think the system is coded to just dump all of the gas out of the tank immediately upon attachment of the trailer. I’ll report back when I have a full season of towing behind me, initial reports leave me thinking maybe cut...

Isn't it interesting that the GX550 Overtrain can get a 9000+ towing capacity out of a single six cylinder engine, when the LX is limited to 8000 lbs with the combined petrol and electric drive train?
