Time to get wheeling...REAL A/T tires...KO3. Slightly larger at 33.2". 100% NO rubbing in any height mode. Then I just got the first set of 700h sliders out there. From Westcott in Phoenix. GREAT business, owner, and staff. Black Friday special with 20% off totaled $2150 INSTALLED. They were about $500 more than the same set for the GX and 4Runners. There are more to these Westcott says. They bolt-on though there is one hold that needs to be drilled in the frame on each side. They sweat and stand by that these can take a severe beating on the rocks.

Now...high clearance front and rear steel bumpers. Then ROCKS!

That setup looks awesome! I’ve always been a fan of BFGs, had them on just about every truck and SUV I’ve owned and never had a single issue. I still haven’t tried the KO3s though, so definitely share your thoughts once you get some miles on them.

Also glad to hear that a 275/70R18 fits without rubbing, it really gives the LX a nice stance.

Thanks! And agree. These are good looking vehicles. Even the front grille for me. Looks power and proud. LOL

Hello, can you give me your exact specs/ size of the BF Goodrich tires? They look amazing! How is the ride quality?

275/70-18...Looks like 33.2". Only 1/2" larger than stock Toyo's. I thought they were 33.7, but big deal. The Toyo's are the on-pavement king. Very smooth for an AT. But also less ply vs KO3. I did not like them in the dirt. Having 3 previous Cruisers all with KO2 or KM these were not going to make it for me. Over the small bumps there is some added jiggle but still very very nice ride. And as quiet. Off the road...total KING is the KO3 vs the Toyo. Opinion: K03's look way cooler/aggressive. I'd never go back.
