Ahhh...I remember. Something sounds wrong. My ride is prefectly controlled, smooth, not bouncy in any mode. I do notice is stiffer in S+ and it actually works well off road. It keeps the front end from dropping down rocks and dips as much saving the bumper.

Why do you need this done Doc? I'm sure the dealership can do this and whatever is needed. They can completely refurbish the setup at any time. But usually not needed until about 100k.
The GUTS...parts and such underneath are nothing like the 700h. 550 is 4Runner-based and lighter-duty in so many ways. The full-size heavy-duty Cruiser is far tops! Just like the LX570 eats up the GX460 and 4Runners. Can't beat the REAL thing.
