Trunk space

I would like to purchase a 700h with captain’s chairs with massage (black label), but I need to know how much trunk space is left. We usually have 4 big (28 inch) suitcases when we travel. I am afraid they may not fit. And pix or advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

My understading is that the 2026 Lexus 700h Ultra Luxury can be purchased without 3rd row seating. The 700h Feature of no 3Rd Row is only avaliable in the Overtrail & Ultra Luxury. The cargo space is listed as 62.4 /30.9 inches (https://www.lexus.com/models/LX#model_compare )( ). Best, Doc

I removed the 3rd row seat on my LX700h Overtrail today. It took about 3 hours, but I had to figure it out by myself. No step-by-step on the internet that I could find. Here's how you do it:

Swing up the flap and take out the tire tools. I found they will fit on top of the battery in the left compartment. Remove the covers.

Remove the flap

Pull off the back vertical cover

Remove the back cover

Pull off the front vertical panels

Pull out the carpet plugs

Pull back the carpet to expose the 4 seat bolts...

Thanks! But I specifically want to know if I can at down a 28 inch suitcase in the trunk so I can stack one on top of it.

Then, its off to the Lexus Dealer for you... There are planty of 700h OverTrails out there with No Third Row. Take your suitcase & check it out?
700h Luxury Plus without a third row is going to be a bit harder to find I believe.

I've said since day one the two flaws on an otherwise flawless vehicle are the gas tank and the trunk. both pretty weak for a vehicle like this IMO.
